Требования к Senior Accountant следующие, Account Manager должен быть еще круче:
Essential
● Tertiary qualified in an accounting discipline
● CA/CPA qualification or working towards completion
● An exceptional knowledge of all accounting concepts
● Ability to troubleshoot inconsistencies and errors
● Ability to meet a constant stream of competing priorities with peaks in demands
● High level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with figures
● Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
● Xero certification
Desirable
● Knowledge of software programs listed above
● Experience in managing and reviewing work from a small team of junior staff
● Non-profit accounting experience
● Proficiency with other accounting and reporting software
● Cross-cultural awareness
