We are currently looking to hire Operations Manager (Commercial cleaning). He/She must be able to communicate in English well both in written and oral. Must be highly organized. Someone who can make sure that Cleaning Star is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. Must be able to manage people and increase their effectiveness and efficiency. Must be able to contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. Must have Great customer service, Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and regular clients through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
