Full time and weekend role:
— Leasing and property management
— Answering prospective tenant enquiries, arranging and conducting property inspections, administrating contract documentation, tenant relations/support and property management tasks
— 35 to 45 hours per week including some work on the weekends and weekdays up to 8.00 pm (as required).
Fantastic way to get into the real estate leasing area
Must have Victorian Drivers Licence and recent model own vehicle.
— Excellent communication and people skills are a must
— Residing in close proximity to St Kilda is an advantage
