We are looking to sublet a spacious and clean furnished bedroom, approximately 12 ft x 9 ft, available starting October 1st.. The room includes a full size bed, work desk, dresser, hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. Our apartment is located in Hunters Point and overlooks the bay, with views of Downtown SF, the Bay Bridge, and Downtown Oakland. The communal spaces include a fully-stocked kitchen, a dining space, a living room with working fireplace and tv (with Netflix, HBO, Showtime, and Amazon Prime), and a large outdoor patio. There’s also an in-building washer and dryer, and garage storage for larger items.
The neighborhood is quiet but within walking distance to three parks, and a close drive (or bike) to Dogpatch town center, Speakeasy Brewery, and highways 280 and 101. There is also ample parking, and public transit (19 Bus and T line) and bike paths that go directly Downtown.
US: 3 young male professionals in our late 20s and early 30s. We are 420 friendly and like to enjoy a daily nightcap, but for the most part we’re pretty tame. We like cooking, watching good television (movies, tv, and sports), and going out socially but avoid «bringing the party home».
YOU: Individual who is gainfully employed and does not work from home. We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and responsible.
PRICE: $1200/month (utilities are included) — and $1200 security deposit
