Must Have:
Bilingual Speaking (English/Russian)
· Basic knowledge of computers. (Word , Excel)
· Experience in typing.
· Proficiency in spelling and grammar.
· Phone skills.
· Multitasking capability.
· Professional demeanor.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering customer emails
· Answering Incoming Calls
· Basic Office Duties
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Ebay, Amazon and Walmart experience a benefit but not a must.
