Looking for an experienced bookkeeper to help expand our team of professionals in a fast-growing company. The candidate will be responsible for performing bookkeeping functions including:
• Handling all bookkeeping aspects of multiple clients on a monthly basis, including bank and credit card reconciliations, handling transactions and making all necessary journal entries
• Processing accounts receivable/payable on a timely basis
• Assistance in preparing monthly financials
• Financial analysis and other special projects
• GST/HST remittance, WSIB
• Clerical and administrative support as requested
Work Experience:
• Attention to details, able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — by phone, email and in person
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, flexibility in work duties
• 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
