RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning, carpet re-stretching and repairing, tile and grout cleaning, hardwood cleaning;
• Meet with the customers on time;
• Use service app. on your smartphone to check in/out of jobs, update work orders, have customers sign invoices;
• Accept payment from customer and input into service app., maintain a hard copy of tickets.
