Looking for General manager to a surf camp in Canggu!
— Male
— Max 40 years old
— Experience in position min 3 years
— Surf experience required
— Excellent English skills
— Strong leadership, management, communication and organisation skills
— Reliable with an ability to multitask
— Expat or Indonesian
— Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field
Responsibilities:
— Fully responsible for all aspects of operations at the surf camp
— Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees, surf instructors, etc.)
— Developing improvement actions
— Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
— Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
— Quality control of all departments
— Develop and implement efficient marketing strategy to promote the surf camp services, collaborate with service suppliers and travel agencies
