We are looking for a person for the position of House Manager in Co-living Company.
3 locations in San Francisco (and more open soon yet).
Product: which the company buys:
1 — friendly furnishing among residents.
Organization of events, barbecue, familiarity of new residents with a shared get-together.
2 — cleaning and control of cleaning (1 time a week general + 2 times a day cleaning commonspaces and kitchens)
3 — check in / check out — daily + laundry
4 — purchase and assembly of furniture
5 — payment of utility bills and internet services
6 — technical support of houses (chambers, electricians)
7 — go to events with customers with company symbols
8 — post photos on social networks
9 — purchase of household chemicals, etc.
10 — showing houses and billing for renewal
Our company carefully selects customers: startup founders, freelancers, (25-35 years). We provide them with a friendly environment and co-living housing without a long-term contract.
Our product is home with a fresh remodeling (1 year max)

Work on full time, every day for 6 hours on average. Weekend is less, weekdays are longer.
