Cloudsquare is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to become a key member of our team. We are a Salesforce consulting startup with a large sales pipeline that is on the verge of converting to a huge influx of work. We need someone that is open to do contracting part time to help drive and deliver our projects. We eventually want this person to be full-time. Learn more about us at www.cloudsquare.io.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
•Experience with Salesforce and an understanding of best practices
•Experience with JIRA or any project management tool
•Sharp individual, who is comfortable speaking to clients
•Hard worker who can manage themselves, their own work, and deliver according to a set timeline
•Quick learner who is easy to work with and can adapt easily in a startup culture
•Gathering requirements from clients and translating them into features for a developer to build
•Understanding that features need to be built with the entire system in mind and can think ahead and outside the box of what the completed system will look like to ensure a complete end-to-end workflow
•Communicating with developers and validating their solutions not only before development, but as well as QAing when required to ensure that they meet the needs of clients
•Debugging issues reported by clients to understand client expectations versus how the system is actually functioning
•Writing test cases that can be delivered to a client and support them during UAT
•Comfortable training clients on Salesforce and newly built features
•Administrator experience is definitely a plus, but we are looking for a quick learner that can pick up the ins and outs of Salesforce on their own
