Full-Time Parts Manager/Warehouse Associate/Inventory Specialist
We are a growing company, looking for hardworking, dedicated Team Members. We have a current opening for an immediate opportunity at our San Bruno Office / Warehouse location for a Parts Manager/Warehouse Associate/Inventory Specialist. Work hours Mon — Fri 8am-5pm must be flexible with overtime if needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2+years experience in the appliance industry or relevant industry.
Prior work experience involving parts ordering and purchasing.
Must be computer literate, great with numbers, and margins.
Must be punctual, courteous, clean and well groomed.
Must be mechanically inclined and have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
A background check, drug test, and driving record screening will be required.
Must speak, read and write English.
DUTIES:
Research parts by model number.
Monitor all parts ordering, ensuring they are ordered from the appropriate distributor.
Receive parts and allocate them to the appropriate location(s).
Answer customer and/or technician parts questions.
Check on the status of back ordered parts, inform customers.
Maintain excellent relationship with distribution centers.
Maintain inventory (store and truck).
Prepare and schedule part returns.
Monitor monthly statements, invoices, and credits.
