Expeditor — Export co-ordinator required
Overview:
SPFT is a piping package supplier in the Oil & Gas industry.
We now have an exciting new opportunity for computer literate individual to support our export sales team and purchasing team.
The basics:
Hours: Mon-Friday 08:00 – 17:00
Location: Tilbury
Overview of duties:
Arrange shipments with carriers for export to locations across the world
Raise invoices and packing lists
Track and manage shipments
Ensure delivery is on time and in schedule
Ensure all import and export documents are in place in order for goods to get through customs on time
Organise transport and customs paperwork
General admin duties — email, phone, scan
The ideal Export co-ordinator will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:
Shipping and export industry experience
Excellent organisational, customer service and administration skills
The ability to pick up new software packages and in house export/order systems
Competent at organising logistics, customs and exports paperwork and all necessary legal/tracking documentation
Russian language
