Eastern European cafe is looking for an experienced head chef to run an entire kitchen ( cafe opening hours from 7am-7pm)
Should be an Australian/Eastern European origin, kitchen management skills, menu creation skills, knowledge of current food trends, creative, ability to work with economical ideas, stock/wastage management, strong organisational abilities. Great personality, easy going, fast, respectful within his team. Full/part time position available.
