Client Services Representative/Intake/Outreach; Bilingual/Russian
$13.70 — $14.08/hour
Location: Downtown Brooklyn
Some duties:
— Conducts face-to-face outreach/enrollment services- —
— Assisting with managed care options, public health, Medicaid offices
— Receives, sorts, and processes enrollment/dis-enrollment forms
— Performs other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:
— College degree or equivalent experience
— Experience making presentations to groups
— Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
— Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Power Point, and Word.
