Driving Miss Daisy offers services that improve the quality of life for seniors and those with disabilities or special needs.
Client Care Manager will perform variety of tasks that include client liaison, acquisition, retention, surveys, marketing activities, dispatch and other daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
To insure the quality of provided services to our clients Client Care Manager will be contacting current clients by phone and in person to discuss their needs and offer other services provided by DMD.
Client Care Manager will provide surveys to define the ways to improve the quality of DMD services, conduct quality assurance visits, and communicate with family.
Client Care Manager will be responsible for the new clients acquisition through telemarketing activities, community and events presentations of DMD services; in-person prospective client’s assessment, discussing the range of services that can be provided to the client. This activity must result in new client acquisitions. The KPI will be measured.
Client Care Manager will be responsible for interaction with DMD team members, scheduling, matching team members with new clients, coaching, work assessment and supervision.
Client Care Manager will be a part of the operational team when required, providing our regular services to the clients.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience dealing with seniors and people with disabilities. Knowledge of dealing with different conditions of aging, Dementia Care is a plus. Passionate, patient, tactful and caring
• Clean driving record, clean criminal record. First aid and CPR, Food Safety certificate is an asset.
• Proficient with Excel, MS Office, email, GPS systems, etc
• Reliable, punctual, professional
• Must be able to work staggered working shifts including weekends when needed.
Compensation
Salary plus commissions on acquisition of new clients, contract.
