Job description – Responsibilities:
To prepare meals and toppings as per provided and tested spec sheets, adapt them if required
Follow correct food safety and hygiene processes
Deliver the food in timely manner
Preparation of workspace and cleaning
Following relevant compliance procedures
If required to be able to help in other sections of the restaurant
Customer facing position
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of “how to” of all the dishes on the menu (following initial training period)
Knowledge of all EHO standards
Ability to use standard kitchen equipment (rational oven, etc)
Teamwork as well as being able to work on own initiative
Positive attitude
Well spoken
Wage — from £8.00 to £10.00 per hour + other perks and bonuses
