CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/TELECOMMUTER
A Manhattan Human Services company is looking for Bilingual Russian candidates. This opportunity is TEMPorary to PERManent. Paid training.
PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour
HOURS: Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 5:30pm
After six months you will become a permanent employee.
You cannot take a day off during the first month of training.
After 6 months you will go permanent and WORK FROM HOME/REMOTELY.
After the first month you will work 2 rotational Saturdays every month. This is Mandatory!
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
— Telecommuter experience preferred
— Associate’s degree preferred, HS diploma required
— 1-year direct experience with developmentally disabled
— Familiarity with care plans/services rendered; knowledge of the community to be served
— Experience making presentations to groups
— Ability to follow directions; ability to handle pressure
— Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
— Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
— Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
