We’re 4 friends renting out a room in a Victorian style 2-story house.

2. Student or office worker
We’re students, young professionals and entrepreneurs in the mid-twenties. We don’t smoke (or tolerate smoking), almost don’t drink(only on rare occasions) and keep our house clean. As you should be.
